Agreement

By purchasing or using Halcyon ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Halcyon is operated by DAB Worx Inc. ("we", "us").

The Service

Halcyon is a web-based weather dashboard that displays data from your WeatherFlow Tempest station. The Service requires an active subscription and a valid WeatherFlow Tempest API token provided by you.

Free Trial

  • ◈ New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • ◈ Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial at the rate shown at time of purchase, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • ◈ You may cancel during the trial at any time through your Stripe billing portal. No charge will be applied.

Subscription & Billing

  • ◈ Subscriptions are billed annually at the rate shown at time of purchase.
  • ◈ Payment is processed by Stripe.
  • ◈ You may cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • ◈ We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Your Responsibilities

  • ◈ You are responsible for keeping your license key and WeatherFlow API token secure.
  • ◈ License keys are for personal use and may not be shared or resold.
  • ◈ You must have a valid WeatherFlow Tempest station and API token to use the Service.

Data & Privacy

Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Live weather data is not proxied or stored — your browser connects directly to WeatherFlow's servers. On Plus and Founder plans, we store your station's historical observations to power charts and trends; this history is retained for the life of your subscription and removed on account deletion.

Third-Party Dependencies

Halcyon depends on WeatherFlow's API for weather data and RainViewer for radar imagery. We are not affiliated with WeatherFlow or RainViewer and cannot guarantee their availability. If their services change or become unavailable, Halcyon's functionality may be affected.

Limitation of Liability

Halcyon is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or decisions made based on displayed weather data. Do not rely on Halcyon for safety-critical weather decisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
